Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is offered through Reliant Behavioral Health (RBH), an independent company. The following services are provided:

  • Up to four visits per incident free of charge for employees and covered dependents for personal problems such as stress, family or marital problems, finances, parenting, alcohol or drugs;
  • 24-hour crisis assistance;
  • Supervisor referral services; and educational services.
