Recommended High-Deductible Health Plans
Vitality gives employers the flexibility they need to design an offering that’s a good fit for their employees. Employers can choose from a variety of high-deductible plans and/or a health savings account. We’ll work with you and your client to come up with just the right solution.
High-Deductible Plans & Health Savings Accounts
Vitality can be offered with any high-deductible health plan ($500 or more). High-deductible plans encourage employees to be more accountable for making good health care decisions. We recommend pairing Vitality with our Regence HSA Healthplan since it gives employees a clear incentive to be savvier health care consumers. Other plan options include Regence ActivateSM or another high-deductible plan. With employees sharing more of the cost, employers have more financial flexiblitiy to invest in employee wellness programs.
Dual Option
Vitality allows employers to offer more than one health plan option. As long as there is an HSA or other high-deductible option in place, all employees can participate in Vitality’s wellness programs, regardless of the Regence plan they choose.
