Online enrollment and ebilling is available to groups with 51 or more enrolled employees on Innova, Engage, Activate or Regence HSA Healthplan 2.0 medical plans or dental plans Encore and Expressions. Online enrollment and ebilling has been designed to be more flexible and easier to use. Managing your employees' health coverage is more time-efficient than ever.
For administrators
- Two convenient ways to enroll online:
- Group Administrator Enrollment: enroll your employees and their dependents through the online system
- Employee Self-Enrollment: allow your employees to enroll themselves through myRegence.com
- More control: you determine who has access, as well as their level of access
- Forms library: download a wide variety of enrollment forms that you can print and submit by fax or mail
- Employer review: approve or deny all eligibility changes submitted by employees
- More ways to pay:
- Pay online with eBilling: make payments at your convenience
- Sign up for Surepay: set up monthly, automatic withdrawals from your bank account
- Pay by check: print off your invoice and send it along with payment in the mail
- Reconcile invoices: View your invoices online and make eligibility adjustments

Employer Reporting is available to large groups with 100 or more enrolled employees. Our reporting system offers dynamic reporting and data analysis, time-saving tools, and resources to help you make informed health plan decisions. It allows you to control how reporting is grouped and filtered, and gives you control over which data elements are reported together. Use our standard reports to evaluate your health care utilization and costs, then tailor the reports to focus on metrics that mean the most to you. You can also choose to build your own ad hoc reporting from scratch. No matter how they are created, you can drill into the report details to identify and track utilization and cost trends.
- Standard Reports: use our pre-built standard report templates to quickly get the most commonly reported employer data.
- Customization: get your data the way you want it. Modify one of our standard reports or create one from scratch. Choose what data are displayed, select your filters and choose between a table data view and multiple chart views.
- Exporting: export multiple reports or just a section into Microsoft® Excel.
- Archives: standard reports are automatically archived within the system so you can see how your data look at a particular point in time. You can also choose to archive your custom reports.
- Report Sharing: You can optionally share your custom reports with other Employer Center users at your company, your agent (if applicable) and with Regence staff. You can unshare your reports at any time.
