Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is offered through Reliant
Behavioral Health (RBH), an independent company. The following services
are provided:
- Up to four visits per incident free of charge for employees and covered
dependents for personal problems such as stress, family or marital problems,
finances, parenting, alcohol or drugs;
- 24-hour crisis assistance;
- Supervisor referral services; and educational services.
