Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah offers Participating Providers the option of having their funds deposited directly into their bank account. Please note that Regence EFT deposit dates for BlueCard®, InnovaSM, EngageSM and ActivateSM payments will be made two business days after the payment voucher date to comply with National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) guidelines.

If you are interested in beginning this process, or have any questions regarding EFT, you may contact Customer Service at 1 (800) 662-7534 and they will mail you the necessary documents. You will be sent an Authorization Agreement for Automatic Deposits (ACH Credits) form to complete. You may also download the Authorization Agreement for Automatic Deposits (ACH Credits) form. Please return the ACH form with an original deposit slip or voided check. If you are a Medicare B provider you will also need to use the HCFA form.

After you have been approved for EFT, you will receive a letter from Regence BCBSU verifying your bank name, Transit / ABA number and account number. The letter will also indicate when your electronic payments are scheduled to begin. Please verify that the information is correct.

If you need to change bank accounts, please keep your existing account open until Regence BCBSU can transfer the EFT to the new account. Please notify Customer Service of your intention of changing accounts.
