ProClaimWin has been upgraded. Do you have the current version? How to find out:

• Open your ProClaim Win software
• Go to the HELP menu
• Click on ‘ABOUT’. Your version number should be 4.8.144. If you have a different version, download the current version below.

ProClaimWin Upgrade to Version 4.8.144

1. Read Upgrade Instructions
2. Download ProClaimWin Upgrade Only Version 4.8.144 (12 MB)
   (Choose "save" and select an easily accessible location on your hard drive.)

   NOTE: **update as of 5.23.08 3 p.m. (PST)

   Attention Atypical Providers: Proclaim Version 4.8.144 program requires the use of a National Provider Identifier. Atypical Providers should not upgrade. Please continue to use Version 4.7.107

The Proclaim User Manual and 277 Status codes are located on your computer in the ProClaim directory, located at C:\Program Files\ProClaimWin\DOCS. You may also locate the User Manual by following the steps below:

1. Click Windows Start Menu
2. Click Programs
3. Click ProclaimWIN
4. Click User's Guide for ProclaimWin or 277 Status Code Document

Adding your Noridian Submitter ID number to ProclaimWin
Do you have your Noridian Submitter ID number? 

If no, contact Noridian at (800) 279-2833. 
Office hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. MST.
If yes, add it to your Billing Provider record.  Follow the instructions below:

• Go to SETUP, MAINTENANCE, then PROVIDER
• Click the FIND button
• Select your BILLING PROVIDER RECORD and Click the OK button.  
• Click ADD 2ID button.   ProclaimWin will put you in the next available line in the secondary ID table.  Please do not remove or type over any existing secondary ID’s.    
• Type in your Noridian Submitter ID in column labeled SECONDARY ID
• Tab to next column TYPE and use the drop down menu
• Select “Provider Plan Network ID”  
• Leave PAYER column blank
• Click the SAVE button
• Repeat for each Billing Provider Record you have
