Rick Love, M.D., et al., v Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, et al., Class Action Law Suit

Twenty-four BluePlans, including Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah (Regence) and the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association reached agreement on April 27, 2007, to settle a lawsuit known initially as "Thomas" and more recently as "Love."
