When to Contact Provider Services

Call your Provider Services Consultant to:

  • Discuss the terms of your Participating Provider Agreement;
  • Request a personal visit to your office;
  • Receive help with coding;
  • Review administrative issues; or
  • Request training on Regence BCBSU products or issues for office staff.

Call a Provider Services Assistant to:

  • Request an application to become a participating provider;
  • Discuss general provider issues;
  • Receive information on how to change your office address or Tax ID;
  • Receive information on how to add a practice associate or office location; or
  • Request a fee schedule.

NOTE: To obtain benefits, verify eligibility, or to check on claims status, please call the Customer Service Department rather than Provider Services.
