When to Contact Provider Services
Call your Provider Services Consultant to:
- Discuss the terms of your Participating Provider
Agreement;
- Request a personal visit to your office;
- Receive help with coding;
- Review administrative issues; or
- Request training on Regence BCBSU products or issues
for office staff.
Call a Provider Services Assistant to:
- Request an application to become a participating
provider;
- Discuss general provider issues;
- Receive information on how to change your office
address or Tax ID;
- Receive information on how to add a practice associate
or office location; or
- Request a fee schedule.
NOTE: To obtain benefits, verify eligibility, or to
check on claims status, please call the Customer
Service Department rather than Provider Services.
