The Participating (Traditional) network is the largest Regence BCBSU network and supports all traditional and indemnity products. Physicians, other health care professionals and facilities (providers) must participate with this network to be eligible to participate with any other Regence BCBSU network.

Two Preferred networks, BlueOption and ValueCare,  provide our members with greater choice in providers while receiving the highest benefit levels.

• Preferred (BlueOption) supports members on our self-managed and consumer directed products: Regence Innova^®, Engage^®, Activate^SM and HSA Healthplan 2.0^SM.
• Preferred (ValueCare) supports members on our self-managed and consumer directed products, as well as our ValueCare, Federal Employee Program (FEP) and BlueCard^® members.

Our MedAdvantage product uses the Regence BCBSU MedAdvantage network for in-network services with no referral requirements to access specialty care. Regence MedAdvantage provides all Part A and B benefits with additional covered services in one plan.

We are actively contracting with physicians, health care professionals and facilities for our Regence MedAdvantage network.
