Provider Consultant
Provider Consultants are the main points of
contact for:
- New office orientations
- Explanation of specific dental, administrative or
reimbursement policies
- Office visits to resolve problems or provide training
- Resolution of global issues (e.g., policies, dental
review)
Provider Service Assistant
Our Provider Service Assistant is the main point of
contact for:
- General questions about contracting and networks
- General education regarding billing and coding
methods
- Office information changes (e.g., address or tax
identification changes)
- Inquiries that cannot be resolved through Customer
Service
- Requests for current fee schedules
