review

Provider Service Assistants are the main points
of contact for:
- General questions about contracting and networks
- General education regarding billing and coding
methods
- Office information changes e.g. address or tax
identification changes
- Inquiries that cannot be resolved through Customer
Service
- Requests for current fee schedules
