  • Office visits to resolve problems or provide training
  • Resolution of global issues e.g. policies, dental review

Provider Service Assistants
Provider Service Assistants are the main points of contact for:

  • General questions about contracting and networks
  • General education regarding billing and coding methods
  • Office information changes e.g. address or tax identification changes
  • Inquiries that cannot be resolved through Customer Service
  • Requests for current fee schedules
