Identifying Members

Federal Employee Program (FEP) member cards

Cards issued to Federal Employee Program (FEP) members include an “R” as part of the member number. In October 2010 and continuing through March 2011, FEP members on Basic and Standard Option products will receive new member cards.

New cards include the:

  • Issuer Identification Number (IIN) 610239
  • Processing Control Number (PCN) FEPRX

You will see the current cards and the new cards until all members receive their new cards.

  • In most instances, Basic Option members have benefits only when receiving care from Regence Preferred providers.
  • Standard Option members receive the best benefit when receiving care from Regence Preferred providers, but out-of-network benefits are also available.
