Annual provider satisfaction survey results


We appreciate all of the physicians, office managers and clinic administrators who completed our annual Physician and Office Manager Satisfaction Survey last year. Results indicate:

Satisfaction results for electronic claims submission practices and Regence Online Services for Providers (to be renamed Provider Center on September 1) improved by 3%. The use of Regence Online Services for Providers increased, with more than 60% of office managers indicating they have used this free, Web-based tool.

Future surveys will be limited to provider feedback. We will continue to gather feedback from office managers and other administrative staff through our Regence Online Network Panel. If you are interested in joining this panel, please contact your provider consultant. Survey feedback will help us continue to make improvements to better serve you and our members.
