Programs and services available through Regence Behavioral Health and Wellness

Regence Behavioral Health and Wellness offers care coordination services to support the treatment you provide to your patients. We'd like you to be aware of a few of the options available that may benefit your patients.

Care Management and depression support

Care coordinators assess member needs, coordinate resources, and act as advocates for members with acute and chronic behavioral disorders. Care coordinators are licensed mental health professionals; however, they do not provide treatment nor do they replace the treatment provided by you. Our care coordinators help members access and adhere to treatment so they can better manage their behavioral health condition. Members with chronic depression may receive condition-specific information, resources and assistance with developing a self-care plan and increasing health management skills.

Regence Behavioral Health and Wellness serves the majority of our plans, including the Federal Employee Program, Regence MedAdvantage and all group and Individual product members with the exception of Boeing. Contact the Regence Behavioral Health and Wellness department if you have questions about services and eligibility.

Health coaching

Regence health coaches provide telephonic and email coaching with an emphasis on member activation for better health. Certified health coaches work one-on-one with members to change lifestyle behaviors and lower risk. Services are designed to focus on the five health risk factors that can make the biggest impact in patients' lives:

  • Exercise and fitness
  • Sleep
  • Stress
  • Tobacco
  • Weight and nutrition
