Customer Service lines open at 9 a.m. on Thursdays
Our Customer Service specialists now receive additional training each Thursday morning. Therefore, Customer Service lines now open on Thursday mornings at 9 a.m. Because dedicated lines for Regence MedAdvantage, InnovaSM, EngageSM, ActivateSM and Regence Health Savings Account (HSA) Healthplan 2.0SM are staffed outside of Utah, these lines will open at 9 a.m. (PST).
