ProClaimWin enhanced and Internet connectivity now available

Enhancements

We recently made the following enhancements to the ProclaimWin software package many offices use to submit claims and retrieve reports:

  • Payer look-up feature available for 997 and 864 error reports
  • Ability to delete multiple reports in 997 and 864 transactions
  • Updated 270 Eligibility Request to accommodate submissions with your National Provider Identifier (NPI) only
  • Testing or "debug" mode added to the set-up menu
  • Optimized viewing grid to simplify viewing rejections on 277 reports

 

Internet connectivity

We encourage offices with high-speed Internet connectivity to download the latest version of our ProClaimWin software. The new version allows you to send electronic transactions directly to Regence through your own Internet connection.

You will also need to set up a direct connection with Utah Health Information Network (UHIN) to allow transactions for patients who are not Regence members to be routed to the appropriate payer. 

Using an Internet connection instead of a dial-up modem for transactions provides a faster response and may help reduce costs. If you are not a ProClaimWin user and would like to register, please request an install CD. Learn more about ProClaimWin.
