eNotification pilot for non-MD, -DO providers
We are offering non-MD and non-DO providers the option
to participate in our eNotification pilot.
Let's go green together! One way to begin is by registering
for e-Notification. Once registered, you'll be able to receive
notification of provider agreements, amendments or addendums
with us through your email.
It's secure, timely and easy!
- Reply to a confirmation email and
- Add "regence.com" to your contact list to ensure that
emails from Regence will not be blocked by "spam" filtering
software
If signatures are required:
- You will be notified by email that agreement documents
are available. The email will contain an eContracting
Center (ECC) code.
- You will be directed to sign into Regence
Online Services for Providers and click the link for the eContracting Center.
- In the eContracting Center, enter the ECC code contained in the
email.
- You may then download the documents for review, and accept or reject
the documents with your electronic signature.
- You may also save the agreement documents for future reference.
If signatures are not required:
- You will be notified by email that agreement documents
are available.
- You will be given a link in the email to the documents.
- You may download the documents for review and save them for future
reference.

Following a review of this pilot program, we anticipate offering this

professionals and facilities.
