Enhancements to Regence Online Services for Providers


To help save your office time, we've expanded the information available on our free, online tool.

Basic accumulators added for members of our new products

For members on our group and Individual products, you can now view their:

  • Individual and family deductibles
  • Individual and family coinsurance maximums

 

In addition, you can view the status of the family coinsurance maximum for these members.

Payment voucher search expanded

You can now:

  • View complete vouchers by entering the voucher or check number rather than searching for a specific claim first
  • Search for vouchers by date range for a specific provider

BlueCard® search features improved

Eligibility and claims information for members of other Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plans is now available through Regence instead of Availity®.

Improvements include:

  • Screens updated to familiar blue search screens that function the same as other Regence Online Services for Providers search screens
  • Text entered in fields now remains populated instead of being cleared when an error is encountered
  • A prompt to use Regence Online Services for Providers rather than BlueCard appears for any Regence member

Change to user registration process

The process for activating new users has changed to further ensure site security:

  • New users need to complete an online registration form to access information for their provider organization.
  • After the form is submitted, the site administrator will receive an email indicating that he or she must approve the activation of the employee's account. The site administrator may also provide verbal approval by contacting our support team at 1 (888) 427-0470.
  • After the approval is complete, the user will receive an email indicating that his or her account is active.

 

Remember to have new physicians or other health care professionals joining your practice register for new-user access.

Registered users can:

  • Perform routine claims, benefit and eligibility inquiries quickly and easily
  • Create a personalized online space to share information about their practice by updating their Enhanced Provider Profile
