New Provider Center administrative tools
Site administrators now have new administrative tools when they login to the Provider Center. The new features allow Site Administrators to:
- Approve or deny new user access requests
- Add and remove users
- Reset user passwords
- Manage billing service relationships
Preferred network choices expanded for many members
Regence has expanded the network choices available to our members. Effective January 1, Preferred BlueOption Network was added as an option available to members enrolled in our self-managed and consumer directed products.
ProClaimWin software to be discontinued
Regence is discontinuing support of ProClaimWin software for claims submission and other electronic transactions. This change allows us to bring efficiencies to our operations while ensuring you have access to the most current technology.
Important changes to mental health and chemical dependency benefits
The Federal Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act, effective on October 3, 2009, prohibits health plans from placing more restrictive financial requirements or treatment limitations on mental health and chemical dependency benefits than on medical benefits.
